Business Rules
Practical requirements for providers listing services and openings on NOWGO.
1. Business Eligibility
Describe your business truthfully. NOWGO collects a business contact, service location, phone number, representative name and any applicable license or permit details in a private verification step. Provide genuine documents when required. Maintain any license, permit, insurance and professional qualification required for the service and location where you operate. NOWGO must approve your business and review service listings before they appear to the public. Submitting a profile or an offer does not publish it. NOWGO's approval does not replace a government license or a background check.
2. Accurate Information
Only advertise appointments you can actually provide. List the real service, duration, price and any material conditions. Do not claim misleading discounts, falsely describe usual prices, or manufacture last-minute scarcity.
3. Discounts, Offers & Bookings
Review requests promptly, honor confirmed appointments, keep your schedule accurate and notify customers if a change is necessary. Disclose cancellation, late-arrival and no-show fees clearly before agreeing to a booking. Consult our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
4. Photos & Customer Star Ratings
Upload only authentic service photos you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent before showing customers or children. Never fabricate ratings, buy engagement, impersonate other providers or post private customer details publicly. A NOWGO customer can submit 1–5 stars once per confirmed booking after the appointment date, but this does not independently verify service completion.
5. Customer Service & Safety
Do not list unlawful, dangerous or prohibited services. Treat customers respectfully. Use your approved business profile and services to advertise, not disguised promotions in Community.
6. Prohibited Activities & Enforcement
NOWGO may keep listings in draft or pending status, reject misleading listings or suspend provider profiles that violate these rules. Approval is not a guarantee of the service. Reports may be submitted through Help & Support.
New offers may be saved as drafts and remain unavailable to customers until approved. Make sure the provider dashboard accurately reflects your services and operating hours.
